@TheTsOm21 Yates said they took that out, cause they realized it would be kinda stupid for Voldemort to have harry literally in his hands and not try and kill him...oh and my guess is the scene with the death eaters is (spoiler alert) the guys who kill Fred, cause we see a scene, right before they show him dead where it looks like he's hit by a curse, and that looks about like the right position for where that could have happened,
