Nanao ColorEdge CG222W Color Calibration LCD Monitor

Eizo Nanao released its newest addition to the ColorEdge series of color calibration LCD monitors, the 22-inch widescreen "ColorEdge CG222W" which went on sale on 19th of March.

Although the CG222W is positioned as an entry level model, it features a LCD panel that offers the same superior color reproducibility as existing monitors in the ColorEdge series. The new monitor is also equipped with functions that are the same as those of higher grade monitors including a hardware calibration function and smooth tonal expression achieved through arithmetic processing using an independently developed IC chip. The CG222W is also bundled with the "ColorNavigator" standard calibration software package.

A monitor hood to shield the screen from ambient light is also included in the standard package. The recommended resolution of the monitor is 1680 x 1050, and the horizontal and vertical viewing angles are both 178°. The monitor is equipped with two 29-pin DVI-I input terminals that support HDCP.
