put bluntly yes, but its not really a video camera its just a regular digital camera that can record vids too. cameras are sorta pricey and im saving up for a car so later on lol haha

Its a cute toy, reminds me of some of the old He-Man ripcord toys but nothing that a collector would want. Good vid man!
