I guess I should feel encouraged that anyone from Hollywood is even having this discussion, but I am unconvinced that Hollywood and Members of the Academy have high enough standards to do anything about the deception in "An Inconvenient Truth." But the climate has been changing since time began. Its in constant flux. The little ice age began before the industrial era began and has been ending for 100's of yrs. during the 70s there was global cooling blamed on the same as warming is. Probably many things before that. . .

They say climate change because the net result of Global Warming is that the climate in individual locations will change, but not necessarily become warmer. A global change in average temperature of just 2-3 degrees Celsius wasn't be noticeable by people as a temperature change, but the effects on weather will be noticeable.
