Only to a democrat would raising taxes and wasting money be a good thing for the economy, just like politicians being allowed insider trading deals that are illegal for any of us. It all seems hopeless to me, for those of us that see things for how they are, understand what it would take to turn things around, and then when you consider the number of people in our society that are blind sheep, well, if that isn't enough of a demoralizing, uphill battle, then I do not know what is. Best we can do is get ready, then sit backwith a bag of popcorn, and watch it all fall down around us.

This is the inherent problem with government, it gets so big that the only way it can see its way out of a crisis is to grow itself. And so many Americans think the same way. Also, how can robbing Peter to pay Paul possibly make Peter want to work any harder, or help Paul get his life together.

@Yankeeprepper Tell me about it! And the thing is people are Idiots! Too busy watching friggin American Idol, or Judge Judy, or Backyardagains! All while our Congressional leaders are insider trading like Pelosi. Passing Bills that begin to whittle away our Bill of Rights and Constitution. I agree, any rebellion would be stompped out pretty damn quick. It is up to the voter, but even then, all we are doing is electing crooks into office. Gonna be a big poopie sandwich! Crazy

True story last week checing out w/3 full carts at walmart (people assumed I was paying with foodstamps in loud whispers)- Lady right behind me comments you must have a large family- I do.. but I just smiled and tried to ignor the bs. Cashier asks how the kids are doing knowing me, we talk enough that anyone that can count figures I have several. I went on that hubby still isnt back to work (laid off) I paid $75 after coupons (lol priceless)- That night I did the FS calc online we can get $1252!

@1TacticalMedic It's such a helpless feeling dude. The mass of idiots are just too much to overcome, time is on BOG GOV.'s side. Painfully too few see it for what it is and it's just too late. There will never be a revolution, the people are to cowed. The only hope is to have one or two states succeed and even that would be crushed. It would take decades of civil disobedience in an attempted succession state to win any kind of seperate. We are trapped with no where to go.
