  • thanks but try to make it shorter

    im 14 and im overweight

im trying to jump higher... any tips?

  • @Coldod23

The most important info is @ the front of the vid. I suggest working with an experienced trainer especially if you're overweight. Proper body position and muscle initiation is crucial.

  • @Coldod23 --- soo you need to look up the 'box jump' its plyometric workout, but honestly its going to take time. if your 14 and overweight. if you eat right and stay even a little active youll be a proper weight by 15 or 16 and if you even once a week just jump as high as you can in 3 sets of 10. then by the time your 16 17 you have but maby inches on your jump. thing that this dont happen over night, and yes proper tecneque is somthing youll have to look up to.

  • Does the ab wheel hit the TA? Feels like I get everything using that. I'm sore for days after.

  • Great! It's a pity here in Italy we don't work a lot the transversus...we often just work rectus abs;But the transversus is important too to get plat stomach.

It's hard for me to understand words, but the video is well done so I'll sure try 'cause my pregnancy ruined my core shape!

  • Great video, will this help to pull my abs in?

  • @studiofocuspilates YOU'RE an expert :P
