You think Obama has rescued the banks huh? I strongly disagree!! The uninsured in the U.S. is a small percentage of the population. The uninsured are not even close to the greatest drain on our economy. Do you always make unfounded statements with no stats or facts to back you up? Congrats on your retirement, so have I effectively May 01, 2009 with 38 years of Gov't Service. and I'm telling you, had Obama not rescued the banks and auto companies the recession would have been much worse and prolonged with more people losing jobs and their homes. The fact that you can't see that tells me a great deal about you. , namely you have no clue involving 21st century economics and how the financial systems work. The UNinsured are the Greatest drain on our economy. Research it

First of all, I am not affiliated with either political party. Second, it looks to me like Obama plans to take over the banks, the auto companies AND health care. My fears are hardly unfounded! There is plenty of proof of his socialist aspirations. Lastly, you dont know anything about me. I am a retired Colonel and care very much about this country. I have never been more afraid of the direction we are headed.

The comment that "he wants to force socialist policies on the country" was nothing but a Republican punch word plow in their effort to try to win an election. And yet many, like you bought into this UNfounded fear, and continue even now to strow this nonsense. There is nothing this man has said or done to promote socialism and everyone knows that except you. Ironically, the people who harp this falsehood the most are people who don't have a pot to piss in and a window to throw it out of.
