Eurostar ruined many peoples Christmas's just because they couldn't get things right. We live in a modern era , The Canadians run their trains in below zero temps. Eurostar and its associates should be ashamed about everything that has happened this Christmas, many families will not be together this Christmas holidays. Thank you Eurostar and Euro Tunnel.
