Fiddler Jack Stamates and the band Celtic Mayhem perform the Charlie Daniels classic fiddle song "The Devil Went Down to Georgia", recorded live at Maguire's Hill 16 Irish Pub in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on October 18, 2008. With Jack Stamates on fiddle and lead vocals, Ty Billings on guitar, and Martyn Wylde on bass guitar. Note that lighting is very dim and thus image is rather grainy.

  • To dark but what a crazy ride. Wild!!

  • Yes, I'm afraid it wasn't very well lit that night, but it's the only version we have so far. Thanks for your comments.

  • @piplupgirl423 really?!? that's awesome :)

  • @myfamilyiscrazy Jack is my cousin :D

  • What's amazing is that i have NEVER heard him play the same series of music twice for either the Devil's or Johnny's parts. That dear friends is talent!

  • Awesome! But I really think that the Devils piece tops Jonnys. Both are great, but If it were up to me I'd of given the golden fiddle to the devil. LOL. Really loved it.

  • ah ha most wonderful!
