The first 3 months of daily self portraits taken as part of a year long project. The aim is to approach the project and learn from it artistically. A photograph self portrait must be taken every day by my hand only (no-one else can press the shutter button for me) and include me (body/face) in the picture. The photographs are shown chronologically.
Is it art? Is it a diary? Is it a document of how CFS/ME/CFIDS effects a life? Is it a personal look into the slow process of accepting my chronic illness? I think it's all of these.

Most sufferers of ME/CFS have been through several treatments with no success and most feel hopeless, like I did.
