@BeerGeekNation I did an Brown ale extract brew about a month ago. 1 week primary, 1 week secondary and then slow carbed in at 48F for a week. I was shuned by friends who drank it and said that it was young, unconditioned and lacking a yeast presence. Could have been a weak pitch I suppose.

@smackcheez Yeah I think I had more yeast in there then I wanted to pull up. Still tasted really good though

Hey man. What kind of conditioning did you usually do? I know it's case sensitive, but I heard that it's always a good idea to fill the keg, put a few pounds on it and let it sit at room temp for a few weeks before chilling, carbing and serving. Thoughts?

@SoulBoxer I usually let it sit in primary for 3 weeks or so and then just carb it. If I had the patience and the ability to brew more then I do I would let it sit for maybe 10 days or so at around 55F to let it settle up.

Great keg video man. It looks like you use the same seal lubricant that I do. "Sanitary Petrol Gel Lubricant" packaged by McGlaughlin Oil Company. it's a pain to spread around but works amazing.
