Yes, my reins are long in some places- we were working on teaching Vinnie to have more self carriage, and making me use a lot less rein and more leg & seat. Vinnie was extremely lazy today, and I was tired, so yeahh the canter transitions sucked. Haha. We also worked on engaging the hindquarters, vertical & lateral flexion, backing, energy, keeping Vinnie straight, and fixing all of my bad habits. Lol.
