  • @MrEmilyLives they will get stronger. Just give it time :)

  • I dont want to be mean ore anything, but ur push ups are weak. I always learned a good push up is when ur whole body is horizontal. And when u go down u need to touch the ground whit ur chest, and then come back up.

  • @RJixs You need to relearn and understand that people might do them differently and that men and women have different upper body strength too. And if you think you can do it better, go for it!

  • I am on the swim team at my high school, so my shoulders are somewhat large. But my waist is unproportional to my arms.. is there anyway to NOT TONE my arms but make them look slimmer?

  • @topnotchmaiden Not anything I can suggest--swimming encourages upper body workout, so there is no way around it. If you look at pro swimmers, you will notice the same thing in males and females alike. Just cherish being in great shape :)

  • @RJixs Learn how to spell if you are going to choose to insult someone. I was always taught to do it the way she does it. Everyone does them differently and you may see it as a possible injury but you can get an injury in all types of exercises whether you're doing them right or not.

  • @RJixs Her push ups are fine. so don't go on and make her look bad because I am a fitness teacher and she's doing great.
