  • Thanks for a good video about a great rider who was an amazingly brave man above all else. I'll never forget Barry Sheene. Greetings from here in America to brother bikers over there in the UK. Ride safe, and God bless.

  • Rip Barry. You are missed.

  • That crash at Silverstone didn't mess his legs up the crash at Daytona did, where do the BBC get their information from?

  • That's his wife ! Barry had a big heart for her obviously.

I loved watching F1 and MotoGP every Sunday night with Barry, he's the best expert commentator to have. I was too young to see him racing but he easily won a new audience over. He was a relaxed guy, why did he die so young ? Not fair.

  • for the crumpit

  • It is sad, but at least we have the great and funny memories of th' Baz.

A week after he died, channel nine? here in Sydney, did a segment on him. I still have it somewhere so i should upload it.

The commentator at the time, (Bill Woods), just lost it - on national tv.

Obviously Baz touch his heart, but that was Bazza.

I think the day he died, everyone who watched him had a slight tear in their eye - including me.

RIP Bazz - we miss ya, ya funny bastard , lol.

  • We all miss that quick witted comment followed by a cheeky smile. RIP Bazzer........we will never forget you mate !!

  • No personality in sport no more

  • so sad .
