You might want to adjust the settings on the Slingplayer to reduce the choppiness. I had mine playing fine with EDGE and an old MDA which uses a 94mhz (something like that) processor.

watching video that choppy would make me crazy....
-
LOL yeah right 4G it not even out yet. Stop putting phoney comments. Cat 5 yeah right big deal. I can out a cat 5 cable anytime.
-
Yeah, well I use 4G and I have a cat 5 cable running right to my mobile phone.

i'm gonna be pissed if sprint doesn't let me change plans and upgrade to this phone, been customer for nearly 10 years mobile. i've been through a lot of shit with there customer service, worst part to sprint. still, in my opinion they have the best network available, if not for that, i would have switched years ago! verizon number 1 for customer service but their network unreliable compared to sprint....herumph

Why is it so choppy? Is it the video acceleration, or your connection that's bad?
-
kill't you

yeah, if you're at home...on wifi...if you're lucky...
Maybe stop fucking with it so much and give it a chance to Optimize....your constantly switching channels and jumping around. Pick a channel, let it optimize and lets see the performance.
Slingbox is for watching small bits of must see TV, its not supposed to replace your TV. Pick a channel and let it play. I believe that's a true test of how well the phone and slingbox work together.
The football looked nice.

I thought it handled the rapid channel changing pretty good. It queues up the amount of channels then applies the change. Overall it works great.
