I just tried it, this is nothing like a chai latte you get at starbucks. It just tasted with watery tea with milk. Their version has powerful flavors much more rich than this.

can i suggest you... boil (a little) water with spoon of sugar and tea bag.. once that boils.. add the 2/3 milk and let that boil..
