Playstation 2 TOOL DTL-T10000 change celeron 566 to 1.0Ghz cpu !

Going by the maker of the single board computer, I found I could change the
bus to 133 and the ratio. I found a compatible Pentium III 1.0 GHZ CPU,
and it works!

Super fast PS2 TOOL ! However, it was not optimal. I would like to try again with
better P3 with heat spreader.

A cheap socket A cooler will do just fine and they are compatible with socket 5/7 and 370. Some times you might have to bend or cut the clip to compensate but for socket 370 coppermine core p3/celeron it won;t be needed. For this build I wouldn't use thermal adhesives for mounting the cooler.

Are you going to be putting out a dump/iso of the contents of the drive that comes with these kits?

It's basicly a SBC(Single Board Computer),I'm not sure whether it can run or not in a regular PCI slot.

You can get a copper heatsink, and faster/louder fan.

IHS is not that big of a deal....
