@fightjunge24 Yes, Frankie finished first in that quarterfinal and Davidson Ezinwa finished second and they ran in different semifinal heats

@fightjunge24 Check out the quarterfinal 3 in 1996 with Frank Fredericks and the people who qualified in that heat, then look at the semifinal he was in.
