I designed a city and in like 10 minutes I had 4 Palaces. I placed everything before I placed the town center. It was awesome.

@videocritic2463 maybe they don't have housing? if you click on the worker they have a certain work period and then certain leisure period

I figure this is a good place to ask... My houses need a backery to grow.
The backery needs a wheat mill and the weat mill needs a wheat farm
I got the bakery in and the wheat mill, but I cant figure out why I cant see any wheat farm in my crop options. It sounds like a bug. I used up all my money on research hoping one of the reseach would bring the wheat farm in the choices...
Any ideas?

well you might be on a mission in the campaign where you have to make a trade station on either water or land and then make a trade route to another city for the wheat.

hey you know on the 3rd mission, where you have to upgrade to large hovels?? it says i need bread, but i dont have the option to plant a wheat farm. PLZ HELP!!!!

well if they don't let you plant a wheat farm, you probably have to make a trade deal with another city
