well, since his death from the traitor's plan, he exist and serve Sithis for hundred years...before joining you, the new listener (If you join the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim, of course).

...You'll heard him say various things he experienced in life, such as he used to be the Speaker, he once has a fine steed called "Shadowmere" and he's quite overjoy ot see her again, the betrayal of Matthew Bellamont that lead to his demise etc.

Wait! I'm sorry but I'm a fan of elder scrolls (as of skyrim) so I don't know much. So forgive me if this is just a stupid question. But is this guy the spectral assassin you can summon and he talks way to much about the same stuff?

@AwesomeHaggis would i lie about somethin so crucial? But yes it really was the same actor. if you listen to the imperial males shout or scream along with lucien and sheogorath you can hear it's him. except with sheogorath it has the scottish irish accent
