  • you have some great stuff here

  • @rodswebdesign Thank you very much. No, thank you all very much. It's really heartening to see such comments on my videos. I must get round to making another one very soon...

  • Hi Yvonne, were some of those photographs taken in the Channel Islands? One in particular of the pond by a bridge looks very familiar of our local museum. It was a lovely bit of synchronicity while watching your video and meditating Ho'oponopono. I run a regular mindfulness meditation group and will certainly incorporate this mantra. Thanks for sharing :) KB

  • @Sparkler077 Guilty as charged! All of the photos were taken on Jersey. I'm a regular visitor for Battle of Flowers each year (help out with the Bidan Family & Friends float) and love the scenery and gardens there. And yes, that's the Museum Gardens. A few years ago though. I run mediation groups myself here in Beverley and love the effect they have on the participants. You can't beat a bit of focussed meditation for calming and clearing the mind, body and spirit.

  • Thank you! I have a great life now because of you. I love you:)

  • @MMelodyStarr Wow! Thank you very much. I'm deeply touched by your comment. Do remember though, that it was your choice to watch the videos and to do the work on yourself, so your great life is as much down to you as to me. "I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me, Thank you."

  • @floretta65 If you've been working on a specific problem and it doesn't seem to be clearing, try just using the phrases and intending that they're for your life in general. Or try imagining what you would be or do if the problem doesn't exist any more and then use the phrases while you're doing that. This will avoid your focus being on your problem and focus your mind on good things instead. Use the phrases as many times as you can, until they become a natural part of your thinking. Good luck...

  • really informative and interesting

  • brilliant video

  • 好聽,又可以靜心~

  • Synchronicity indeed, I thought I recognised those cliff top shots too! Next time you are in the c.i. you are more than welcome to join our meditation evenings, it would be lovely to introduce Ho'oponopono to our meditations. Great that you enjoy the float making, I hear it can be very tiring!
