SINOBALER, Cardboard Baler-Carton Baling Press, Hydraulic baler

The standard mill size balers from Sinobaler, are standalone vertical baling machines which are put to great use in the disposal of cardboard/carton, waste recycling facilities, cardboard/paper manufacturing units, supermarkets, department stores, grocery stores, drug stores, printing facilities, and others that generate massive waste cardboard/paper.

They can strap hundreds of cardboards into a bale at 600kg with largest bale size of 1500*760*1200mm . The volume reduction is even greater at approximately 12:1 when pressing plastic film or cardboard waste. For recycling centres, this will mean reduced waste storage area requirement , streamline overall waste processing operations and savings on transportation and labour costs.

Cardboard Balers - Applications: cartons, used corrugated cardboard (O.C.C.), film, packing materials, ONP, OCC, OMG, cartons and office waste. This baler is also useful in compacting other waste materials, which are produced on a day to day basis such as scrap paper, polystyrene packaging for easy storage until disposal.
