When we participated in the 2008 Ig Nobel Price Ceremony (http://improbable.com/ig/2008/), we had the pleasure of meeting noted mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot. Unfortunately, our good friend Jonathan Coulton (http://www.jonathancoulton.com), author of the song "Mandelbrot Set", was not there with us. Luckily, we had our video camera with us...
