Seems like that's probably a pretty reliable place to see that bear cross. See on the power pole where he had likely marked it on previous crossings. Needs to be a bear crossing sign right there if I'm right.

Saw a mother and 2 baby bears in the Ocala national forest in 2005 they were running in an out of the woods way in front of where we were walking so cool!

I hiked Ocala twice for a weak each time and saw only two bears. One at Salt Springs and the other in Juniper Prarie

It was pretty neat! I've seen a few others in Ocala too over the years. Mostly in the early morning or late evening though.
