It stands for "philosophical swing rap". Yes, it's redundant. And yes, the only extent to which it "swings" is in the offset of the eighth notes; otherwise it's very mechanical and not at all something Benny Goodman would have liked.
As I always say, if you're not prepared to do a little cross-dressing and ass-flashing, you don't belong in a music video.
