Hiya, what company makes the food colouring you use? Karen tack used the green in one of her vidios, it looks really colourful, i live in wales (UK) so alot of American websites wont ship thing over here, do you know anywhere i can get that food colouring? Thanks, the cake and cupcakes are amazing by the way! xxxxxxx

@liccymjlover Here is what we were using in the kitchen: Assorted NEON! Food Colors and Egg Dye from the mccormick [dot] com site. Unsure though where you can find this brand overseas. It may be best to work with their Consumer Services. Good luck! :) Sincerely, Cate

@aguabendita13 You won’t get a nice, right red from beet juice. It will be more of a grayish-purple color. A couple of years ago, we tried using natural food dyes for dying Easter eggs. We didn’t find any to deliver very rich or deep colors.
