Jarrett has played this many times, often as an encore during live solo concerts.
I've taken Simon Savary's transcription (with some of my own modifications) of Jarrett's Bregenz concert of 1981.
You can find Simon's Transcription here: http://web.me.com/simon.savary/kj/transcriptions/concerts/heartland.pdf
@clemmat85 Thanks! I first listened to this about 5 years ago. I love the build he was able to create with very simple gospel chords. The tension doesn't get released for about 3 minutes. It's a masterful improvisation.
Jarrett also used to play drums. I asked Jack Dejohnette a few years back whether he still does. He said they sometimes swap piano/drums on the sound-checks! There's a lot of drums in Jarrett's piano playing, as you probably have already noticed.

Bravo!! I really appreciated this! You really got the emotion of the jarrett's song, it was time someone made a great piano cover of this masterpiece! :-)
After 6 years of drums I really would like to start learn piano, and one day maybe I'll be playing some Keith Stuff!
