This is a quick video showing how I form the meatballs into to nice round balls. The trick to really good meatballs is to not make the mix too firm, the meatballs should be nice and soft yet firm. After a while you just know when they are just right. Also, the meatballs must be cooking in a very nice sauce for at least 3 hours.
