A short and sweet tribute to the film JAWS and the character Quint (Robert Shaw) made with stills from the film and played to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.

This is the first video/slideshow I've ever made on Windows Moviemaker... so cut me some slack.

Enjoy.

I own nothing. Not JAWS nor the Ninth Symphony. They belong to Universal Studios and Beethoven, respectively.

  • Believe it or not, Robert Shaw was also an accomplished novelist. Look it up. Loved him as Grant the badass in "From Russia with Love'

  • He was an accomplished playwright too. Does The Man in the Glass Booth ring any bells? Look it up.

  • Good video, Quint was the best, but he died as an hero and he will be remembered always in the movie and in the real life. R.I.P Robert Shaw and Quint

  • Amen.

  • Just think, if it wasn't for Robert Shaw being in The Sting he wouldn't have been in Jaws. Nobody can play the role of Quint better than Robert Shaw.

  • "Y'all know me. Know how I earn a livin'. I'll catch this bird for you, but it ain't gonna be easy.......................For that you get the head, the tail, the whole damn thing. "

  • top film, top actors this film will never be replaced. R.I.P Robert Shaw

  • I have always loved this movie since I first saw it on HBO when cable first came out. What I didn't know was that my mom's Aunt Edna's husband perished on the INDIANAPPOLIS they never talked about it. Just that she never had a body to bury and people would say they saw a man that looked like him at some restaurant in the next town over and she would go and look to see if it was him. For the first five years after she never stopped searching for him. Our grandparents made such a sacrifice 4 us

  • Quint died just like the pal he was talking about in the Indianapolis , Bitten in half below the waste .

  • @Victor1970s Ron Jeramy,Peter North and lexington steele all have great chemistry together.

  • @off2mianus

You're right of course, but Spielberg originally wanted Lee Marvin for the role, and then Stirling Hayden. Neither was available for whatever reasons. So, he decided on Robert Shaw.

  • Great movie clasic, great actors !!!

  • good stuff bro , check out my jaws spoof if you get a chance. there's a robert shaw impersonation in there.

  • i live an hour away from where they shot this movie... Martha's Vineyard Massachusetts

  • He was great in the film Battle Of Britain !!!
