who developed the original Día de los Muertos festival in the Valley of the Sun.
The festival showcases performing artists and is best known for its one-of-a-kind masked performances using the masks of Zarco Guerrero.
This festival traditionally is held each year on the first weekend in November in downtown Chandler. It includes on-going entertainment, a community altar, ethnic cuisine, folk art vendors and a traditional candlelight procession.
