a lot respect is shown and given to buddhism in Nepal..so don't bring the topic of buddhism here...Gautam Buddha was born in Nepal....His teachings are followed by a large majority of Nepalese....it is not just richard gere or steven spielberg who are concerned, everyone is .....
the arrest and violence have politically reasons..it has nothing to do with Buddhism....
