Zelda: The Wind Waker - "Wake" Music Video

I wanted to make another WW video, but I couldn't decide on a song that really suited its artstyle and themes. I've also wanted to try an instrumental for a while, just to see if I could pull it off, and so this is the result of that experiment. It's probably not as good as some of my other videos, but if nothing else, you'll have a quick laugh at 1:04.

I thought the pace of "Wake" went well with the raise-the-tower portion of Wind Waker, so I worked from that idea. The song itself was a lot harder to sync clips with than I anticipated, probably because the beginning is so quiet. For that reason, the second half of the video feels a lot more connected than the first, as the pace of the song picks up and allows for fluid editting.

I don't really consider this a full-on music video seeing how it's so short, but overall it turned out good enough to be uploaded. I doubt I'll try another instrumental again, and if I do, it'll definitely be one with a faster pace to work with. Same goes for LP songs; unless I get some creative surge while listening to one, this'll probably be the last for a while.

wow this si really really good, you have to do another instrumental one, your work is great, and you shouldnt take this lightly, i hardly ever like a music videos like this. lol it was so good i was half-expecting "The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker Coming March 2002" (or whenever it was released, i forget) to appear at the end.
