If law enforcement and more importantly the criminal justice system were more effective then this would not be needed. Raping a child should carry the same sentence as 1st degree murder.

So you would be ok if the police put out out pics of a suspected rapist who happened to resemble one of your family members, leading to them being severely beaten?
