Gunblade NY (Wii) - Score Attack 97957 points! (now #2 in World)

EDIT 1.5.12 -- someone named "JPP" has bested me with a score of over 142K! seriously, i don't even know how that's possible, i need to see it happen to believe it. what i'm thinking is that he used the alternate weapons, and i did not.

best score to date! i have yet to achieve that mystical 100K. no special weapons used (they're not very practical anyways!).

at the time of upload i was ranked #1 in the world, just 2,000 points above the previous leader.

after playing the game so much, i think i've figured out the scoring system:

bad guys are scored commensurate with how many times you hit them in a row. starting with 10, you add 20, plus 10x [combo].
X 1 = 10
X 2 = 30
X 3 = 60
X 4 = 100
X 5 = 150, and so on.
headshots are exactly 257 points.
a disarm (shooting the gun out of a bad guy's right hand) is 123 points.
killing a bad guy with an explosion is 300 points.

hitting stationary objects is scored depending on what it is.
vehicles are worth over 100 points (per explosion).
boxes are 100 points.
exploding barrels are 55 points.
park benches are 44 points (per hit, can be hit multiple times).
trashcans are 27 points (per hit, can be hit multiple times).
each hit on a helicopter is 10 points, followed by over 100 if you destroy it.

@liuyan022 concerning the #1 guy (who's also #1 on LA Machineguns!), i don't even know how 142,000 is even possible. you'd have to be some sort of sniper... or maybe he used the alternate weapons, i don't know. i'd have to see it to believe it.

@darktetsuya honestly this was a complete fluke. it's kind of hard to determine if you're going to get hit ESPECIALLY when the camera swings around so fast with 4 bad guys targeting you at the same time, so it's all luck based when you're trying to clear the last stage, usually. most of my attempts end around 50-60K, with the arcade ones ending worse, around 40-45K.

funny story, I know the guy that (last I checked) has the #2 score on the IR leaderboards... I'm nowhere near *that* good at it, though (my best on a legit machine was over 53K)
