I had the same issue with that game, turns out it should have asked me weather i want it mounted to MAC or PC, you can force override it and tell parralels to mouth the CD drive (or if u are useing a external drive) you have to mount that USB drive

is this stable? what's your specs and frames? I can play tf2 on my macbook with bootcamp but would like to know if it's worth getting parallel.

I'd personally go with Crossover Games v7.2 if I wanted to play TF2. It's fully supported.
I have Parallels so it makes more sense for me to run it for games. Yes, games running under Parallels are as stable as the games are on a real PC.
I have a 2.4GHz dual core Macbook Pro with 2gb of RAM, Nvidia 128mb vram. I don't remember the framerate on it, but the video gives you a good idea of the performance.

I have a football manager disk i want to install on my windows xp in parallels (on my mac) but the disk only appears in my mac and it does not appear in windows Help! please

Is the disc formatted for a PC or is it Mac/PC?
An example of a Mac/Pc formatted disc would be Blizzard's Warcraft series... which the Mac identifies as a Mac disc and keeps for itself. There's only a few things you can do, but you'll unfortunately have to do some research for it because I don't know all the steps involved.
The way I installed Diablo, however, is that I installed it in bootcamp and then moved it over to Parallels' HD.
