I really hate his answers. This guy lies. The question was knowing what you know today, would you do the same thing all over again. His answer is since there will be no support by others it would be impossible to go to war. Now you be the judge whether he answered the question or not. Powell will always be a face changing chameleon.

it is commonly accepted now that the one person in the bush administration that we don't entirely blame is Powell. He accepts responsibility for his part today despite being fed bad intelligence by the CIA and trotted before the UN by Cheney and Bush. it's surprising that some still don't know this.
