This is against the human rights , I request human rights organisations to intervene and stop this cruelty to kids.
In ISLAM, there is an age to start namaz , same is true for fasting , jihad and etc. Hence, if this practice is ISLAM ( for the sake of argument) , it has to have certain rules and regulations , above all the minumum age and the health standards ( for responders: ONLY LOGICAL ANSWERS PLEASE)
