No you don't. Vermont requires no permits for carry of any kind...open or concealed. Arizona allows only open carry without a permit, but you need a permit to conceal the firearm.

All these gun grabbers are scared of gun violence. What they do not understand is the criminals are also afrade of gun violence. It makes them think before they comit a crime.  How hard is it to understand???
