@xxxdarkheartedboixxx I reckon its Goldeneye that was Connery's best. He even begins to look a bit like Pierce Brosnan by that stage. Talk about ageing gracefully

I don't know how he could of been bored with that role, i think it would of been so cool to be in a Bond movie, let alone be bond himself. When your watching the movie, watch for one of the times when the bay door closes in the volcano, you can tell its miniature version being pulled shut lol

Sean Connery was already bored of playing James Bond, and it shows in this film. He's favorite 007 film was "From Russia With Love" considered to be the best, along with "Dr. No", and Goldfinger".
