This demonstration of the lead leg and trail leg is to help strengthen your hip flexors while helping your technique over the hurdles. It also helps you execute quickness over the hurdle with out spending too much time in the air.

  • this is a wonderful drill, I am using the resistance bands but where can I purchase the bands in the demo with the straps?
