Tip # 5 - Last Day Heroics...

Just like it sounds, this is your last day, and it's vitally important to get everything done today. You should be on the final stages of your projects.... the house should be cleaned/painted by now. The only thing left should be tiding up, and putting the last touches on the home.

When tenants are ready to move in, the home needs to be painted/cleaned and all damage corrected. Ultimately, sometimes a few things might not be able to get done. Limit this only to damage. For instance, I have four cupboard doors in the kitchen that are broken. When the tenants come in, the house is completely cleaned and painted, and when you show them all the projects you did they will be fine with you explaining, it will take a day or two longer to correct a few issues.
