Govt is trying to silence me, says Baba Ramdev

Baba Ramdev, who is back in the capital 21 days after a police crackdown on his supporters at the Ramlila Maidan, alleges that the government is misleading people and is trying to silence those who are fighting against corruption.

@mrProgrammingGeek if people cannot explain the source of the money or the money is acquired through corrupt means, than government takes over the money. Immediate impact:most of the black money comes back into india through mauritius. Some 50 billion USD will be immediately nationalized. No one will debate his suggestions. Everyone will debate Ramdev because media and politicians (especially congress) are afraid of ramdev. Digivijay Singh calls Osama as OSamaji but ramdev as thug.

@mrProgrammingGeek Ramdev has made 2 suggestions: 1) discontinue use of higher denomination notes: rational since most of the black money in cash is stored in higher currency notes. Has been done before -- in 1969 by FED in US and in 1977 in India when guess who (hint: aaj ka dhritrashtra) was finance secretary

2) Money held by indians in offshore accounts should be nationalized if source of the money cannot be explained.If tax evasion then people can get away with paying taxes.(continued)

I request you to learn more about the first family of india. Google "Do you know your sonia" and read the expose of the first family. Ramdev has been investigated by ED and so far nothing has been found. When will first family be investigated. And no body is debating Ramdev's suggestions to bring black money as they make perfect sense

@mrProgrammingGeek His trust has 1100 crores. That does not mean he acquired the money through corrupt means. He has been preaching against black money and government for past 1 year. .All the audit statements of his trust are publicaly available and After ramlila grounds fiasco, government asked ED to probe him.The government would have exposed him if there was illegality.On the other hand,article in swiss magazine mentioned that rajov gandhi had 2b USD in swiss accnt. @mrProgrammingGeek do u have any proof that he is a fraud? May be he "looks like a fraud" to you because he wears saffron and you have been conditioned to believe that saffron is corrupt. On the other hand, you are willing to ignore documentary evidence showing the black money held by gandhi family in swiss accounts. You also ignore the role of chidambaram in 2g scam or the fact that the general secretary of congress party attended the book launch 26/11 rss ki sajish
