How in the world did you get the valves and seats so clean?
Also did you grind the valves? That looked very clean when you re-assembled it.

@drifting1O1 As you may have noticed this was not a complete tear down and overhaul. Jarring loose dirt when reassembling is not a very good idea. We made sure there was no dirt between moving parts which could cause serious damage to the engine. Thanks for your comment.

Good old elbow grease and patience:) We tested the heads and valve seating for leak after assembly and found no leak. Trick is to make sure valves got put in where they came from.
