You can tell it's TIE because of the one hit on some skeletons and others are not. If there weas no mod the levelling scaling would mean one hit for everyone or two hits for everyone, etc as they would all be levelled with you! ::)

fcom is one of the biggest mods for oblivion wich makes the 4 most popular overhauls work together,just google it!
the best and biggest oblivion overhaul is oblivion warcry new dimension,but its a german mod with german language!

@ushireborn hey i'm new to oblivion modding. Could you describe what these mods do? Specifically TIE 4 mods and FCOM. Also, do you hsve deadly reflexes 6.0? I tried to install it but it didn't work, so I removed it and used deadly reflex 5. I need help installing deadly reflex 6.0 and the stuff you need to install before it for it to work. Also, are these mods just as complicated as 6.0 and will they conflict with CM partners and the raiders of cyrodil mod?

I dont understand the point of this video. I mean, half of its just you battling a bunch of randoms in the forest.

@mrrandomperson000 i'm not sure what you're sorry about. "better cities" is the name of the mod that makes changes in the various cities of the game world. and those "randoms" were additions in the "TIE 4 MODS" mod that is also patched. Lastly, this video is well over a year old... so at the time those mods were relatively new. Hope that makes things a little easier for you.
