Blacks and Latinos(Latinos is not a race)= you mean Latinos of color who are being oppressed by the white rich latinos who have direct descendancy of the European Spanish people or other European countries. Latinos of color have african and native american ancestory. Latinos of color are a majority though. We are all connected and are not that different from Blacks from the U.S. If the US was not so strict in the past about race issue, their music would sound just like ours.
