So Christians are pro-life unless their is an appeals process/ potential pardon involved? Its true to say that libs are being inconsistent when they are for abortions but against capital punishment; but Christians are when they say "All life is sacred, murder is wrong, death should be left to God's will,but then in the next breath say "its okay to kill people who do certain things".I cant imagine that someone who believes in Jesus would think he would be for capital punishment.

That is reiterated in the New Testament in Romans 13......so take your complaint to God Himself...he is the one you are disagreeing with.

Wow dude, that's quite a stretch. Capital punishment, in the United States, is reserved for people who commit murder, period.

Why wouldn't Jesus be for capital punishment? The Lord tells us the primary role for gov't is to do good and punish evil. Capital punishment is not murder, there is no malice involved, people know the consequences for committing certain crimes, they have a choice. Abortion is murder, it is a violent act and is not even close to being similar to capital punishment in the moral sense.

@WildBillforAmerica So if you lived in Nazi Germany circa 1933 would this apply? If you lived in Medieval Europe would you have approved of torture, burning people at the stake, etc? If you would have lived in Roman times would you have been in favor of capital punishment? What if their only offense was to be the "king of the jews". To say that govts don't kill in vain is nonsense.

People love to take Bible versus's and mold them to what they want to believe.

Rarely do you see anyone so please with themselves as "Wild Bill" here . He actually takes pride in presenting a flawed and completely ridiculous argument. I suppose ol' Wild Bill here believes that everyone who have ever been executed has been guilty. No mistakes. 100% perfect system . Well alert the media , we finally did it humans have finally made something perfect. Yep thats right God is not the only perfect one in town now. @MR1QUEST Conservatives are complaining about the choices some people are making. Is it our fault that some people are getting pregnant before they're married? Is it our fault that some are getting pregnant that can't afford a child?

You think this is an evil world? I don't think conservatives would agree with you. Their children are well taken care of. But life in the liberals world could be more comparable to evil. One parent homes, drug addicted parents, and the threat of violence pending.

@wiz9496 what im trying to get at is conservatives , complain about the poor having children they cant afford to raise probably , like if you come from a poor back ground your more likely to commit crime and be in gangs and stuff like that , but they also complain about abortion when people from poor back grounds dont want to bring their children up into a fucking evil world the conservatives have created ,
