the end of transmission bleep "roger beep" is designed to used with SSB, its truely great when conditions are bad, too bad its related to cb as i think its a great tool, especially when stations start their transmission with QRZ...?!

in amatuer radio it's called ett or end of tone transmision. it was american cb'ers who christened it roger bleep in the 70's/80's

You will probably find that the station with the roger bleep is using a Yaesu FT450 which has a roger bleep which can be enabled/disabled in the menu.

@FLORINMX Este util pentru cei care nu sunt invatati cu tranzitia emisie/receptie. Chiar si in conditii mai dificile cu ceva atentie iti dai seama cand interlocutorul a iesit din emisie, chiar si fara roger beep.
