Hello Esther, thank you very much for these videos. I've been doing the Somatic exercises every morning since the New Year. They have helped me very much. The morning after I did these exercises for the first time my pain levels were cut in 1/2. Nothing short of a miracle. I will continue to do these every morning. Next week I will add your beginning yoga routine after the Somatics. Thanks again!

I google searched "how to reset your nervous system" and that led me to Somatics, which led me here. WOW!
After going through a serious illness and tons of worry about my health, I can highly recommend these videos! My nervous tingling in my arms and legs is vanishing and I feel so much better, calm, relaxed and centered.

Would the somatics substitute a warmingup sequence or would you have to do a series of warmingup yogaposes before performing the somatics? Thanks!

@PeaceElk Hi, you don't have to do a warm up before the somatics, so you could see them as a warm up to your yoga practice..
