The new economy bubble shone brightest before it burst. Young geeks moved from the back rooms to the board rooms, forming their own dot com companies, making their own rules and belief systems. What they never had was solid, old-fashioned profits... Joseph Gallivan chronicles the carnage in his N.Y. Post column 'Dead Dot Com of The Day':

  • @ZHammerUK Be careful about buying JourneyMan documentaries or subscribing to journey man docus. JourneyMan is allegedly housed in Asia. Their customer service is allegedly hard to reach. Be careful of possible ID fraud & giving out your debit-ATM, credit, address info.

  • This is funny. The Josh is crazy. I love the newspaper delivery man in the yellow truck, he is a wise man.

  • i think the economic crisis started in 2000 when the dot com bubble bursted

  • This guy thinks it worked. Worked at what? Losing eveyrthing? Stupid idiot.

I just cant get how some people can be soo stupid!

  • You know, I expected to put this on and scoff at these people, but this is actually quite sad. These young kids for the most part are being asked, after the fact, what the hell happened...and they look as bewildered as anyone. Watching Stephan Paternot's interview, for instance, what I see is a young guy who is trying to look upbeat, but who instead just looks uncomfortable, and embarassed.

  • I don't see any dumb people here. Even the losers are still well off. Some of them still have their own business. If you ask me they were pretty successful.

  • 12:01 ... erm yep pretty sure you are

  • I guess even smart rich people make dum mistake, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
