  • This is one of the prettiest songs from 1929 and reminds me of my father and mother singing it when I was a child. They were married in 1927 and broke up in 1929. He sang this to my mother pleading to make up. Just love this song, and the orchestra is great. Thank you for putting this recording on You Tube!

  • Love this music, and this singer as well as Rudy. Hey, mvnkct, kinda late but, sorry about the break up. Was it the crash that caused that? I'm 47, youngest of six, ,,,my mom was born in 1927. Her parents divorced as well. The crash brought people close together, or quite the opposite. Just brought out their true colors.  Thanks for this post, disco79, now that's, my era! lol
